Registration of State Civil ActsRegistration of State Civil Acts of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan living abroad is carried out by the consular sections of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the host states.
The consular sections of the Republic of Azerbaijan carry out the following acts:
- complete a state registration of birth,
- marriage,
- divorce,
- adoption,
- parenthood establishment,
- name change,
- death.
